NDWA Leadership
Building NDWA over the last 15 years has been hard and rewarding work – we have been clear on our vision of the future since the beginning, and we are winning. Learn more about the women who have been instrumental in building our movement.
Jenn is the granddaughter of a domestic worker, a progressive operative, and a sought after strategic visionary with years of experience leading national, progressive organizations.
Ai-jen has been organizing immigrant women workers for over two decades, forging pathways to sustainable quality jobs for the caregiving workforce and working to ensure access to affordable care for the nation’s aging populations.
Our Board includes 4 elected worker representatives from our affiliates or chapters, 3 elected worker representatives from our three industry worker councils (housecleaner, nanny and home care), 3 allies and our President.
Invest in domestic workers and help sustain our movement to reimagine a future that we all deserve.
