Every day across America, families are struggling with care. From child care, to paid leave, to aging and disability care, parents, caregivers and our loved ones struggle to find and afford the care they desperately need.
That’s why, together with our Care Can’t Wait partners, we traveled across the country in August to hear from caregivers and care recipients like you — to shine a light on your stories, and lift up solutions to our country’s care crisis. Now is the time and we are the generation to make those solutions a reality.

The Care Can’t Wait Bus Tour spent 6 days traveling the country, with more than 1,100 people joining us in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina and Georgia, and more than 24,000 adding their voices online to demand better care programs that will lower the costs for care, raise wages and conditions for care workers, and improve access to quality care for all families.
