At MTV’s 2018 Video Music Awards (VMAs), rapper, songwriter, and producer Logic joined immigrant parents and children in a performance of his song and powerful music video to protest the Trump Administration’s cruel and inhumane family separation policy that tore thousands of children from their parents.
In partnership with influencers who identify as caregivers, NDWA ran a TikTok campaign – including a custom jingle – to shout out caregivers and ask the question: “Who takes care of caregivers?”
NDWA partnered with lifestyle influencers and content creators on Instagram to encourage their followers and community to vote in the 2020 election, sharing voting tips, best practices, and how to create a voting plan during COVID.
